HEALTH COVERAGE

If you don't have health coverage, Riverside County has several programs that might be able to help you receive the medical care you need. Call 1-800-720-9553 for more information. You can sign up for any of these programs by going into any of our Riverside County Family Care Centers. Visit the web site for Payment Options.

Ability to Pay Program (ATP) -
Riverside County Family Care Centers will charge you for services you receive based on your ability to pay. In other words, the less money you have, the less you will have to pay. If you do not have any income, some services may be free. You can walk-in to one of our Health Centers, but it is best to make an appointment.
Please call 1-800-720-9553.

Medi-Cal -
This state-funded program assists people who have low-incomes to obtain medical care. You must fill out paperwork to find out if you are eligible before you receive medical care under the program.
Please call 1-800-720-9553 for more information.

Medically Indigent Services Program (MISP) -
This county-funded program assists people who have too big of an income to qualify for Medi-Cal, but are not able to pay for necessary medical treatment on their own. You must sign up and qualify for MISP before you can receive medical treatment under the plan.
Please call 1-800-720-9553 for more information.

Healthy Families -
This state-funded program assists families who do not qualify for Medi-Cal, but who cannot afford medical services. You must sign up and qualify for Healthy Families before you can receive medical treatment under the program.
Please call 1-800-720-9553 for more information.

Child Health Exams -
Riverside County Child Health and Disability Prevention Program offers vision, hearing and health exams free of charge to financially eligible children.
Please call 1-800-346-6520

Immunizations -
Riverside County Disease Control offers free immunizations to children who do not have a doctor.
Please call 1-888-246-1215.

Our Riverside County programs and health centers also accept patients who are covered by IEHP - Inland Empire Health Plan and Molina Health Care.
