Staff Participation in Strategic Plan Development:
The Department of Public Health (DOPH) Management Team met in November 2006 to review and update the then current 2003-2006 strategic plan. The strategic goal framework above was developed by the Director of Public Health, Public Health Officer, Deputy Directors and Medical Director. DOPH and Community Health Agency staff are now participating in round table discussions to develop the above strategic goal frame work into strategic goals and objectives. The round table discussions began in January 2007 and will be completed by mid-2007.
